🤍 1. Hack Squat Machine
4 sets of 10 reps
⭐️ i go lighter on this just to warm my legs up and get them activated!
👀 Alternative: Barbell or Dumbbell Squats
🤍 2. Hip Thrust Machine
3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
⭐️ i pulse at the top to really feel the contraction in my butt hehe
⭐️ i go super heavy on this as well as it is my main exercise!
👀 Alternative: Barbell or Dumbbell Hip Thrusts
🤍 3. Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts
3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
⭐️ bend knees more for the glute focused variation
⭐️ straighter legs for hamstring focused variation!
🤍 4. Outer Thigh Machine
3 sets till failure
⭐️ my burn out exercise for the outer glute
