βοΈ i go lighter on this just to warm my legs up and get them activated!
π Alternative: Barbell or Dumbbell Squats
π€ 2. Hip Thrust Machine
3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
βοΈ i pulse at the top to really feel the contraction in my butt hehe
βοΈ i go super heavy on this as well as it is my main exercise!
π Alternative: Barbell or Dumbbell Hip Thrusts
π€ 3. Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts
3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
βοΈ bend knees more for the glute focused variation
βοΈ straighter legs for hamstring focused variation!
π€ 4. Outer Thigh Machine
3 sets till failure
βοΈ my burn out exercise for the outer glute
