You could think that all your work is going toward nothing and someone else has it all, all the while they’re also going through their own trails and tribulations. We just need to stay focused and make it to our end goal. Everyone’s path is different

🗒️Rule 2: Don’t Stress What You Can’t Control

🧠 How It Helps Me: A lot of things we stress about are the things we can’t fix ourselves and control. Read that back, we cannot fix it, and we cannot control it. When you think of it that way, there’s really no need to get worked up about it (depending on the situation) Try to do things to work around the issue at hand.

🗒️Rule 3: Stay Positive, Never Give a Place To Negativity

🧠How It Helps Me: The toxic relationship or situationship you’re in? Cut them off. The friends you know are no good for you? Cut them off. The people downplaying your dreams? Cut them off. Don’t let yourself be surrounded by negatives and doubts, surround yourself with love and support. We only have one life to live, so why live it in a place where you’re not appreciated?
