#1 LEG PRESS | 4 sets 6 reps
Exercise how to:
- Adjust the machine settings.
- Place your feet hip-width apart.
- Push the platform up with your legs.
- Lower it down with control.
- Repeat for your desired reps.
#2 HACK SQUAT | 4 sets 6 reps
Exercise how to:
- Position yourself with back and shoulders against pads.
- Place feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
- Unlock any safety mechanisms.
- Squat down, bending hips and knees.
- Push back up through your heels. Repeat as needed.
I do these exercises twice per week on my glutes days and I LOVE them!!
