✨Recipe✨

Batter:

1/2 cup softened butter

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 & 1/2 cups flour

Streusel:

1/4 cup butter softened

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

Icing:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoon milk

2 splashes of vanilla

Directions:

Mix butter, oil and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and mix together until combined. Use a cookie scoop and form into round balls. Then use the back of a spoon and make a small indentation in each cookie. Mix streusel ingredients together and place on indentation of each cookie. Bake at 350 for

10-12 minutes. Make icing while cookies are baking.

When the cookies have cooled slightly, drizzle icing on top.

Recommendations:

Cut the streusel ingredient amounts by half (I had a lot left over).

Put a hefty amount of streusel on each cookie.

Use a small whisk to drizzle icing on top (makes it much easier to manage).
