Here is a dumbbell only workout for they shy girlies! Go ahead and get in your little corner and grab some dumbbells and let’s get started.

First, start with a warm up either by walking on the tread mill or whatever you choose.

Next we are starting off with the workout.

3x8-10 reps Dumbbell bench press (you can perform these on a bench or lying flat on the floor)

3x8-10 reps Dumbbell shoulder presses

4x10-15 Dumbbell lateral raises

3XAMRAP Dumbbell skull crushers (use a lighter weight for these because you will be hurting)

AMRAP means as many reps as possible.

After you finish your workout then you can decide if you want to do cardio. My favorite cardio to do is 12-3-30 which is the incline is at 12 speed at 3 and you do this for 30 minutes. If you have never done this before, start small and then work your way up to 12-3-30.
