date idea: we attended a KOREAN COOKING CLASS

WE LOVED THIS DATE IDEA!!! 👩🏻‍🍳👨🏻‍🍳

Can I just start off by saying we had SO much fun and even though it was a 2h class, it felt nothing like it!! To begin with, we love korean cuisine so we picked the recipes we were most interested in - Seafood Sundubu Jigae + Beef Bibimbap 🥩 They change their menu for each session and they even have a kimchi making session as well!!

We arrived empty handed and everything from aprons to ingredients were provided! The ingredients were also mostly measured and set aside for us except the condiments but don’t worry it’s all very simple measurements 🥄 The ingredients were also soooo fresh, like you can really tell!!

Don’t worry if you can’t cook! It’s a fully guided session so it’s great for beginners! Our teacher, Trina, was very detailed with her instructions and would demonstrate everything we need to know. While we were trying to cook it on our own, she would come around different tables and check on us. Each session can only accommodate 10 pax so don’t worry about feeling neglected!

I think our favourite part is when we were plating our bibimbap cos we got to see everything come together very nice, creating this beautiful and colourful dish 😍 Not only was it beautiful, IT’S EXTRA DELICIOUS because we cooked it ourselves!! Yes, after the class you get to sit down comfortably and eat what you cooked 🤤 (it felt like a reward)
