Hidden Gem! Most Peculiar Tea Experience in Taipei

Being a tea house that specialises in Taiwanese fusion tea, incorporating Chinese herbal tea into each drink, giving it a modern twist - it is definitely a gem hidden in Taipei City. Each beverage has a specific way to enjoy, and some also comes with additional small snacks for you to pair with the beverage, I could tell the amount of hard work put in to come up with these pairings. 💯

🕯️Ambience

Besides the interesting twist to their beverages, the store’s atmosphere is something that stood out the moment I stepped in. 😯 With unique music, use of dark decor, and different lights and spotlights around shining down on the table, I somehow felt like I was somewhere in another world dining. It was an uncommon, peculiar experience, sitting on the long communal black table, enjoying the curated tunes and sipping tea. 🤍

There were also a merchandise section at the back of the store for you to purchase items like their cups, lighters, etc.

I love this fresh milk tea - it contains Ceylon black tea, burdock root, dandelion, spiced honey, fresh milk and Luo Han fructose. served in a golden pot, it’s unique because of the addition of burdock - you first taste the slight sweetness of the milk tea, followed by a slight bitter aftertaste from the tea. There’s a fire below keeping the pot constantly warm so you can slowly savour the drink at a warm state, a heart-warming palatable milk tea. 🥰

🍮 Citron Pudding 香曲布丁

💲NTD 145 (~SGD $6.40)

This particular pudding was highly recommended by the staff. Served in a unique-looking bowl, this is indeed one of the best puddings I have ever tried. 👍🏻
