Cute Pasta Store that Deserves a Visit in Taipei

One of the cutest pasta store in Taipei, Taiwan, one that is very popular amongst the Taiwanese locals. Located in a young and hip area of Chi-feng, a good spot to walk to around after you finish your meal.

The food here is really solid, and also very accessible by public transport. If you’re planning to visit on a weekend, particularly on weekends, let me first warn you of the long waiting time. Do try to visit before 11am (I arrived at 10.50pm on a Saturday) on weekends to avoid any queue! 🙏🏻

🍝 Salmon Mentaiko Pasta (鮭魚親子明太子奶油細扁麵)

💲NTD 310 (~SGD 13.70)

Hands-down my favourite Mentaiko pasta of late. The best I’ve tried thus far. I love how it is not overly jelat that it makes it overwhelming, but instead each mouth a good amount of cream x mentaiko mix with the linguine. Served with salmon, they are also very generous with the fish roe. A must-get! 💯

🥞 Papaya Milk Pancake (木瓜牛奶糖厚鬆餅）

💲NTD 250 (~SGD 11)

If this is not the most interesting creation, incorporating one the iconic beverage in Taiwan into a pancake dish?? Essentially the star is the papaya milk cream, that is pretty interesting, and goes really well with the warm pancake. Definitely recommend giving this a try. 👍🏻
