What to Cook for Dinner: Air Fryer Tom Yum Baked Fish
Portion: 2 pax
Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 ginger, smashed
1 stalk of lemongrass, smashed and sliced
1/2 onion, chopped chunks
1/2 any fish, sliced
1 lime, sliced and juiced
1 chilli padi - you can add more if you like spicy
2 tablespoons tom yum paste
Coconut milk - to your liking
1 tablespoon fish sauce - optional
Method:
In a bowl, mix your garlic, ginger, lemongrass, onion, fish, lime juice, chilli padi, tom yum paste and coconut milk. Transfer it into a baking tray (I got mine from Baked with Yen and parchment paper from MR DIY. Air fry it for 160°C for 15mins. Enjoy
