Donuts with Parents

Eden's school had Donuts with Parents this morning (formerly Donuts with Dad, which Im still a little sour even though I get it, but I digress) I did this with her older sisters almost every year at the same school, and this is one of those moments as a father that you just have to cherish because it is fleeting

Getting to hear her talk about her friends and tell stories, then seeing her light up when a different friend would enter the pavillion was worth the early rise. Plus, it was Shirley's donuts. Who doesn't like those amirite? I wish every morning could be like this, but the fact they aren't I think makes them that much more special!
