Wednesday Reset

This week, I’ve been scrambling to get all of my schoolwork and whatever I wasn’t able to do due to such a busy & stressful week.

After my procedure, I couldn’t shower until Monday, so my hair needs extra TLC. I’m planning on washing it again tonight in the bath tub and adding a mask & some hair oil.

I started up all supplements again - omega 3, coq10, b12, calcium and magnesium.

I’m starting to get my house cleaner again, although that’s going more slowly than I’d like.

And the new album I worked so hard on is coming out Friday!

It’s hard going back into self care mode in any capacity after almost a week of no showering and even dental care being difficult, but I’m trying.

Cut yourselves some slack. Life is hard. It’s not always going be like a Pinterest board.
