THIS saved me from embarrassment 🫢

despite gymming for about two years now, i still feel mildly afraid doing gym exercises that i’m unfamiliar with around men oops.. the free weights area was a no-go for me (activesg woodlanders will understand how crowded it is even during off-peak periods).

👉🏻 however!! i realised by chance that there is a women/elderly-friendly area with an adequate range of dumbbells, gym benches, a few running and cycling machines, kettlebells and a yoga ball! now, i can finally exercise without being afraid of judgement~

after a while of training, i eventually mustered the courage to use the free weights with the other men and now, i’m no longer afraid 👍🏻
