My BF’s 20th Birthday!🎂✨ (plan + gift)

Recently I celebrated my BF’s 20th birthday and here’s how it went!💖

My BF likes graphic tees so while I was in Indonesia I ordered one because we have lots of local sellers selling those edgy looking graphic tees! He’s damn picky so I chose a versatile design that I’m sure he’ll be okay with.

The main ⭐️ of the gift is the HUGO BOSS Bottled Perfume EDP. At that time Sephora had a great bundle deal where if you buy the big size of this perfume you’ll get a free toiletries bag + a travel size EDT version of the perfume. It was perfect timing because he really wanted this perfume hehe~

The last item is just a handwritten letter, I think letters are forever special and they are the easiest item to make your s/o happy!

Not letting my graphic design skills go to waste, I made him an E-ticket for his birthday! I wrote that our meeting place will be at City Hall MRT, but I secretly planned with his mom to surprise him with a cake 1-2 hours before the meeting time at his house! Though the plan almost failed because he insisted on going to my place first but thankfully I was able to rush there before he does anything funny🌝

After the surprise we went to our first destination for an early dinner!

📍Hakata Ikkousha, CHIJMES

He’s a big fan of Japanese food & really likes ramen so I decided to bring him here. He ordered the Special Tonkotsu Ramen at $18.5 and I ordered the Karamiso Ramen $15.5. Price was relatively okay and service was lovely 🫶

📍Birds of Paradise, Tanjong Pagar

While walking around tanjong pagar area to get to our next destination, we happened to pass by Birds of Paradise and made a stop there. He bought a cone to share and being my first time trying it I really liked the Macademia Butterfly Pea flavor.✨

📍Executive Lounge, SOFITEL Hotel

My mother was kind enough to lend us her membership and we were able to have cocktail evening at Sofitel’s executive lounge! The food was amazing especially the small strawberry desserts.🤤 They also had a nice selection of cocktail, it was strong but still tasty!

📍Gardens by The Bay & Marina Bay

I actually bought tickets to the OCBC Skyway in hopes tp catch the sunset but sadly we were too comfortable in the lounge and ended up leaving 30 minutes before the last entry for the skyway..😭 So we couldn’t make it and I was sad but we still went to watch the lightshow before ending it off at Marina Bay to sit by the sea.

All in all it was a memorable night for me and I hope for my bf as well! Maybe some of these ideas can be useful to plan for your boyfriend’s bday also💖
