Trying to fix my eating habits

Day 4 of the #lemon8diarychallenge where I’m recording what I eat to try to keep myself accountable and eat better instead of only snacking all day.

Today was kinda a crappy day, I started off with avocado toast for breakfast, but the rest of the day kinda took me out, because of that I almost just snacked for the rest of the day, but decided at the end to have some left overs, it was easy and I feel much better because I did eat that instead of some chips or that second Reese’s and called it a night.
