Heard many recommendation for this Michelin selected restaurant and always wanted to tried it . Finally had the chance to check this restaurant out for thier famous grilled unagi don

There are three ways to have ur unagi don

1⃣️ Eat it on its own

2⃣️ Mix it with the condiment given (green onion , seaweed and wasabi )

3⃣️Pour in stock mix it with Unagi

I personally thinks the portion is huge . This sets come with ur unagi don , special marinated stock , seaweed soup, appetiser and condiments .

❤️What I personally think

Unagi is marinated with thier special savoury sauce . Each piece of Unagi is thickly cut will melt in your mouth ! So so good and I will definitely be back soon !
