Walking is such an underrated physical activity for maintaining our health!
It’s also such an easy activity that almost anyone can add to their daily routine. You don’t need a designated time for walking to reap its benefits. For example, you can try parking you car slightly further away from your office and take a several minutes walk every morning & evening. Or you can try walking to the store nearby your house instead of driving there.
I really love walking because it is such a low-maintenance activity to do with such great benefits. And if you do it with a friend or your partner, believe me, you wouldn’t even notice that you’ve walked for 30 minutes 😆 It doesn’t make you lose your breath but your heart rate will still go up & you will be sweating by the end of the session! 💦
