Ramadhan Special: Cream Caramel 🍮

Hello Lemonades! 🍋

Today I nak share my recipe for Cream Caramel. This recipe was taught by my aunt to me & most people who knows me, know how good my cream caramel is 😋

Ingredients are as stated in the picture, and here is the steps:

For Burnt Sugar:

Put one cup of sugar in a pan and let it melt.

- it is important to keep the heat low so you wont exceedingly burnt it and constantly stir it.

For the pudding:

1. From 10 eggs - use 8 full eggs and 2 yellow eggs only. Whisk all the ingredients one by one.

2. Steam it for 15 minutes in medium heat.
