The best snack!

These S’MORES RICE CAKES are going to be on repeat all summer long - so quick and easy and INSANELY good.

Just take a rice cake and cover the surface with marshmallow fluff. Meanwhile, melt together ~2 tbsp chocolate of choice with about 1/4 Tsp coconut oil and mix until it’s smooth. Spread the mixture over the fluff and finish with some flaked sea salt. Put in the freezer for 20 min or the fridge for an hour to allow the chocolate to harden and enjoy!!
