Authentic Singaporean fish soup

Milkfish is a casual restaurant at Raffles City basement which specialises in hawker-style slow cooked seafood soup.

It's a nice, well lighted restaurant with 45 seats for you to enjoy your fish soup in comfort

Besides a whole prawn, clams, tofu, vegetables, and a minced pork patty made in-house, the Signature Soup features sliced red snapper fish that is chosen for its sweet taste and firm texture.

What I loved was that the soup, which was brewed with no MSG and preservatives, had a hint of sweetness made with the fish’s gelatinous belly fat and fresh clams.
