Now that we have received our stunning VR rendering that many of you love too, we have to dive deeper into the design nitty gritty and make some adjustments to balance looks and costs Let’s start with our living room 🛋️:

1️⃣ Custom TV Console or Off-the-Shelf?

Initially, we had planned to go for a standard off-the-shelf TV console. However, after seeing the full-length TV console in the VR rendering, we were blown away by how sleek and functional it looked. The additional storage it provides is definitely a bonus, but we understand that it may come at a higher cost. What do you think? Should we go for the custom TV console for that extra wow factor?

2️⃣ Fluted Panel Focal Point

My husband is obsessed with the idea of incorporating a fluted panel design in our living area to create a striking focal point. We love the uniqueness it brings to the space, but we're still figuring out the best way to terminate it on the ceiling. Since we are not going to have any false ceiling, the ends might not look the prettiest and it could also use a little bit of curve elements?

3️⃣ Smaller or Bigger Niche?

With the introduction of the fluted panel, the space left for the "niche" next to our TV wall has become more limited. We have these adorable tiny arch windows, but we're torn between using them for display purposes or opting for a larger niche with mirror that can double up as a full-length mirror. What would you recommend? Should we prioritize functionality or aesthetics?
