It’s been a very long journey since I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s but i am are feeling SO GOOD && almost 100% healed🙏🏼

when I was at my worst, I had every possible symptom you can think of..

•• brain fog

•• bloating / inflammation

•• weight gain

•• anxiety

I spent countless hours reading books, listening to podcasts & researching online to see what would help my condition.

The first thing I did that helped me tremendously was my nutrition. These are the foods I eliminated for 3 months to help my antibodies go down from 436 to 268 {currently at 62🥺}

•• processed foods

•• alcohol

•• gluten

•• caffeine

•• dairy

•• soy

•• eggs

•• corn

I don’t avoid these foods anymore {except for soy. I avoid soy 100%}. After 3 months, I slowly reintroduced them but I always try not to overdo it. I have everything in moderation.
