TIPS FOR TACKLING YOUR DEPRESSION ROOM

this is part 2 to the last part i posted! i have bipolar and just got out of a pretty long depressive episode. i didn’t touch my room once during this month-long period and it turned into a serious disaster. i hate when this happens and makes coming out of an episode that much harder. so this weekend i vowed to tackle it. slowly but surely im making big steps!!!

if you saw my last post, i tackled the clothing/laundry aspect. now im onto surface organization. next will be trash, putting clean clothes away, my bed, finishing cleaning the floor, and doing the actual hygienic cleaning part!! which i could definitely get done in two hours:)
