Things in my depression room that make sense

I know a lot of people on here try to be aesthetic but we need more reality not everything is rainbows and unicorns. As someone who has adhd and depression it gets difficult to clean my room so it gets bad (as you can see). Not everyone is able to be spotless and that’s okay. I might be dealing with depression but if anyone needs to talk my comments are open I’m always here for anyone :)

Also if anyone has any tips on how to start cleaning and keep your room clean when your depressed please lmk cause I can get my room clean it’s just the keeping it clean that I struggle with
