after my last post I wanted to give you guys some ideas for PROTEIN !
In the beginning I struggled a lot to eat enough protein and ate a lot processed protein. It takes a bit but as soon as you found some ideas and meals you like it will become easy ☺️
• red lentil or any protein pasta
• greek yogurt
• ground turkey, chicken, steak, sausage
• salmon, tuna
• eggs / eggwhite
• oatmeal mixed with whey protein
• fairlife milk
• babybel / string cheese
• potato bread
• protein bars, protein shake, mixing yogurt or cereal milk with whey protein powder, protein snack balls
I try to stay as natural as I can with my protein sources but sometimes you need to grab the typical protein bar or shake 🤷🏼♀️💗
