IS MYEONGDONG REALLY OVERRATED? 🤔⁉️

ppl always say don’t go myeongdong don’t go myeongdong…but seriously MYEONGDONG is a MUST GO still! 🫣

MY OPINION: myeongdong has ✨ EVERYTHING ✨ you need tbh…stores for clothes, stationeries, beauty products, eateries, pharmacies, and MALLS 🥹

-lotte young plaza clothes are on the higher side, but you pay for the quality and design 👗

-lotte departmental stores for branded items (SSHH but LV is considerably cheap (still more ex than european countries though)

-food wise, i would say that you can try going other places such as anguk, ikseondong BUT some food places that i would recommend: cafe SAMMIE, myeongdong kyoja, isaac toast and the spot fabulous, wangbijib bbq, cheonha jeil pot lid bbq and of course street fooooooood 💖🥪

WHAT ARE THERE?:

clothing stores: VANSELL, WANTT, ALAND, SPAO, 8 seconds, TOP TEN, myeongdong vintage, nike (get a customisation)

lenses stores: olens (the 1-for-1 deal is SUCH A STEAL, I REGRETTED NOT BUYING MORE), hapa kristin (you can get WONYOUNG PHOTOCARDS 😭😭😭😭)

jewellery stores: the plain, TTO

beauty stores: TWO olive young, mediheal, the SAEM, 3CE stylenanda, skinfood, nature republic, too cool for school

other stores: BUTTER, bling box, sapping (shoes), emis (bags and more), myeongdong cathedral AND MANY MORE 😩

TIP TIP TIP FOR LADIES 🚨🚨🚨🚨: GO CHECK OUT NYU NYU WHOLESALE! it has EVERYTHING THERE 😭😭

TRAVELLING THERE: nearest subway station: euljiro 1-ga exit 5-7 🚉
