Easy Taco Soup - Perfect for Fall!🍂♥️

Hello! This is a super easy one-pot taco soup, perfect for the chillier weather right around the corner! It's packed with flavor and takes only about 15 minutes to make. I prefer it with ground beef, but it can also be made with chicken! This is my boyfriend’s favorite, so it's perfect for a cozy night in with your boo:)🥰

Ingredients:

- 2lbs ground beef

- 2 cans Rotel

- 2 cans pinto beans

- 2 packs Hidden Valley ranch seasoning

- 2 packs Siete taco seasoning (spicy or mild)

- 1 can navy beans (or any white bean)

- 1 can light red kidney beans

- 1 can red kidney beans

- 1 can black beans

- 1 can corn

- 1 carton chicken broth (use 1/2 the box or more)

Steps:

- Cook ground beef in pot (do not drain).

- Add beans, Rotel, and corn (do not drain).

- Mix in ranch and taco seasoning.

- Pour in around half a carton of chicken broth (adjust for thickness).

- Add toppings and enjoy!
