LEFTOVER BUTTERMILK HACK

Whenever I need buttermilk for a recipe, I hate buying a whole container just for the rest to go bad.

To stop wasting any buttermilk, I started freezer the leftovers in an ice cube tray!

When you need to use it again, thaw it out in the fridge overnight.

Or if you need it more quickly, you can thaw it at room

temperature.

If you needed it even faster, thaw it in the microwave at 10 second increments until ready.

Then use the buttermilk in the recipe as directed!
