HACK: how to make a perfect ice cream sandwich

When the craving hits, you might as well satisfy it!

I know that when I want an ice cream sandwich, I usually don’t have any in my freezer.

However, I usually have cookies and a pint of ice cream.

And this is my hack for getting perfectly circular ice cream sandwiches 🍦🍪

1. Heat your cookies slightly in the microwave if they aren’t at room temperature/a little soft

2. Take a sharp knife and got a slice off the bottom of your pint of ice cream (I usually have vanilla 😊)

3. Add the ice cream slice on the flat side of one of the cookies

4. Put another cookie on top (flat side touching the ice cream)

5. Take a bite and enjoy!
