Fusion pasta recipe for MALA LOVERS ❤️‍🔥

I love mala so much I literally make a mala dish at least once a week... this pasta dish is honestly so sinful but it tastes so amazing 🥹 I also topped mine with scrambled eggs, inspired by HHO. if you're a mala lover like me you definitely have to try this out!

Prep & cook time: 20 min

Ingredients:

✧ 2 TBsp mala paste (adjust according to spice preference)

✧ 1 tsp minced garlic

✧ 50g butter

✧ 100ml heavy cream

✧ scallion, chopped

✧ pasta of choice

✧ sliced beef /any meat

✧ vegetables of choice

Steps:

1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water to al dente according to package instructions

2. Melt butter in pan

3. Add in minced garlic and chopped scallions (white parts)

4. Stir fry till fragrant

5. Add in mala paste, stir fry 1-2 mins

6. Add in ingredients and continue stir frying till cooked

7. Pour in heavy cream, mix well

8. Add in cooked pasta and coat evenly!

9. Garnish with green parts of scallion (optional) and serve

For a non creamy option, replace the heavy cream in step 7 with some pasta water instead!
