Wagyu Cold Serve Tataki - 3.5/5 ($36)

we started off our dinner with a wagyu tataki seasoned with spicy ponzu, sprinkles of parmesan and CRISPY GARLIC CHIPS!! refreshing, almost melt-in-your-mouth texture and a good start to the dinner!! portion size was quite worth as well for its price

AC/DC Dynamite - 2.5/5 ($24)

this was a fun dish!!! nothing special though, it was just fried sushi with raw seafood and some sriracha sauce thingy.. can skip if you're here to try interesting dishes!

Grilled Pork Jowl - 4/5 ($38)

FATTY, MELTY GOODNESS IN ONE BITE!!! wah the char on this pork jowl and the marination... it was literally heaven in your mouth :"") one of the best pork jowls i've had in my life!! think char siew but on steroids.. that was how fatty and good this was - but it did get a little jelak towards the end

Crusty Lamb Rack - 4.5/5 ($48)

THE BEST DISH OF THE NIGHT HANDS DOWN!!!! i've never had lamb that was this juicy, not dry at all and not the slightest of gameyness in the meat. this was a koji-aged lamb rack crusted with MENTAIKO BREADCRUMBS. but for my mentaiko lovers out there, do note that this mentaiko flavour isnt a IN YOUR FACE kind of mentaiko mayo flavour but it was a more subtle, savoury umami oomph that it gave to the entire dish. there were bits of mentaiko in the crust!! but yes pls order this :"") -0.5 points to the aesthetics of this dish AHAHA

Cowabunga - 3.5/5 ($37)

wagyu beef slices and seared A4 wagyuu!!! can it get any BEEF-ER than this?? but ok ya this didn't really go beyond my expectations - it is what it is, a beefy sushi AHAHAH the potato floss were really good though it elevated the dish slightly but i think you can skipz on this and try other dishes!!

price (3/5):

the foods here are on the pricier side so id suggest it for date nights or celebratory nights! but the food wise and portion i'd think its pretty worth it.

ambience (4/5):

dark, red, slightly jappy/neon light vibes!! it was giving yakuza AHAHAH but a very soft one and the view was crazy!! do check out their roof top bar though, i didnt cause they had an event that day but i'm sure it'll looks super pretty.

overall thoughts:

very good first date or date night dinner place that i'd recommend!! most of the dishes are above average, given the quality and the interesting flavour combinations!!
