Ingredient 1 & Portion: Chicken - 1 1/2 Lbs

Ingredient 2 & Portion: Broccoli - 1 Lbs

Ingredient 3 & Portion: White Rice - 2 Cups

Ingredient 4 & Portion: Teriyaki Sauce - 2 Tbls

Ingredient 5 & Portion : Soy Sauce - 1 Tbls

Detailed Steps

Rice: Bring four cups of water to a boil, add two cups of rice and boil for 6 minutes, reduce heat and cover

Broccoli: Steam for 15 minutes then sear with butter and add teriyaki sauce and soy sauce and set aside

Chicken: Wash and season with onion & Garlic powder, Paprika, Black pepper,Red Crushed Peppers, Adobo seasoning, teriyaki sauce

Then sear with butter and add to broccoli
