Blueberry Muffins 🫐

Today for breakfast I made blueberry muffins with a brown sugar oat crumble on top. They came out super delicious. My toddler and husband both approved 🩵

Here is the recipe:

• 1 large egg

• ½ cup milk

•splash of vanilla extract

• ¼ cup vegetable oil

• 1¾ cups all-purpose flour

• ½ cup sugar

• 2 teaspoons baking powder

• ½ teaspoon kosher salt

• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

• 1½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen

For the crumble:

• ⅓ cup brown sugar

• ¼ cup flour

• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature

• ½ cup of oats

Whisk dry ingredients first into one bowl. Then mix your wet ingredients together. Combine them both and careful not to over mix. Lightly fold in your fresh blueberries. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 min and enjoy your yummy muffins🫐🩵
