Hello girlies!

Here’s some tips on staying healthy and generally fit or lean (whichever shape you want)

1. Spud lite potatoes have lesser carbs than the normal potatoes. For someone like me, I wholeheartedly believe in taking carbs and not 100% cutting off it(eventually your body craves it so bad that you will bounce back fast from your diet) so take carbs but monitor your intake.

2. AC (Apple cider vinegar)

NOW THIS IS MY HOLY GRAIL. I take it every morning on an empty stomach with two slices of lemon, a glass of warm water and 3 table spoons of AC.

Benefits generally will be de bloating of your tummy(if you want it to always look flat 😀), your face will look much much more slimmer and also aids in weight loss. Personally I will say that it curbs my cravings too and AC also have a lot of benefits like antioxidants and probiotics which is what we want to help us de bloat. I’ve been taking AC for 2-3 months now together with eating healthy!
