Hi everyone! ☺️
Today i want to share a bit of my story where i struggle to be consistent in exercising, It was really hard! As i was not used to moving my body too much (i was active in high school) but became less active during university days and that affects my body a lot.
So it was really hard for me! But i motivated myself, and decided to sort out a workout timetable so i can know what type of exercise i want to do that day instead of just jumping into any kind of exercises.
Monday - I will do a full body dumbbell workout (which also includes cardio)
Tuesday - I will focus on standing abs workout as i find this workout is much easier to do for my abs
Wednesday - Rest! Your body needs rest from all the exercising. However, you can do some light stretches.
Thursday - Yoga. It’s time to relax my body and mind during this day.
Friday - Another rest day!
Saturday - I will focus on some pilates workouts on Saturday
Sunday - On Sunday, i will do some cardio and arms and thighs workouts!
And that’s it for my current workout schedule☺️
