Hi everyone! I am aiming to have a healthy and toned body, and so i will be sharing a few dumbbells workouts to tone your arms and it’s beginners friendly!

Maybe there’s a lot of women, especially, does not like to have a muscled arm. Well, for your information, you will not have bulked arms unless you eat mass protein while exercising😁So doing these exercises is totally safe!

Here are 3 types of exercises that you can do:

💪🏻Hammer curls

Stand straight holding your dumbbells on the side and slowly lift both up.

Tip: Do not let your body swing.

Lock your body and swing only your arms.

💪🏻Wide curls

This is the typical dumbbell workout that you always see!

Stand straight, extend your arms a bit with dumbbells on both of your hands and slowly lift them up.

Tip: Lower with control and don’t lock at the bottom.

When your arms reach the bottom, directly lift them up and slowly lower them.

💪🏻Triceps Kickback (Left and right)

This workout only require one dumbbell. Lower your body to the front with your back straight, put your hand on your thigh on lift your arm holding the dumbbell to the back.

Tip: Try to lock arm out at the top.

Remember to start with light weight first before lifting a heavy one! Goodluck! Practice makes perfect🥰
