Italian food is my ๐๐ช๐ฟ๐ธ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฎ, and Chicken Piccata Pasta is my top favorite dish so I hope you enjoy as much as I did.

*4 chicken breast
*3/4 cups of flour
*1/2 cup white wine
*1 cup of chicken broth
*1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
*2 tbsp capers in brine (drained)
*1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
*2 tbsp butter
*1 tbsp of olive oil
*salt, pepper & garlic powder
*fresh parsley for garnish
*fettuccini (or your favorite pasta)
Cook your pasta to your liking. To my pasta water I add olive oil, 2 bay leaves, onion, garlic, chicken bullion and some salt (it adds so much flavor to the pasta) Once your pasta is done drain the water then add olive oil and butter to your pasta.
Cut your chicken breast lengthwise. You can leave them like that or bash them gently with a meat mallet.
Season your chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dredge your chicken in the flour(shake off any excess)
In a pan heat the olive oil and cook your chicken to your liking. Remove chicken from pan.
In the same pan add your butter, wine, heavy whipping cream and chicken stock. Whisk the sauce until it starts to thicken.
Add the capers and lemon juice and incorporate everything then add your chicken and let it cook for about 5 min.
Serve your pasta add the chicken and some fresh parmesan cheese on top and garnish with fresh parsley and ๐๐๐๐๐จ! ๐
