Perfect dinner date location? (Merci Marcel)

Finally got the chance to visit Merci Marcel (a French cafe) at Tiong Bahru! This cafe has been on my list for ages and I can say it definitely didn’t disappoint.

As we entered the cafe, my friend and I were greeted with smiles and were promptly shown to our tables. The ambience of the cafe was really cozy and yet chic.

Dishes that we ordered:

- Club Sandwich ($22) 7/10

- Eggs Benedict ($24) 8/10

- Sparkling water ($2) ?

I was also impressed by their payment system as they had a ‘split the bill’ option if you’re dining in with your friends :) I’d recommend this cafe if you’re looking for a nice catch up spot or even a dinner date!
