I’m probably one of the laziest persons on planet earth but i’ve recently found a workout routine suitable for myself to stay active!!

I highly recommend all lazy girlies to give this a go!! You’ll see visible results in 2 weeks!!

Daily workout routine:

1 Yoga Video (10mins) + 1 Pilates/HIIT Video (10mins)

YOGA:

I usually choose a video from Yoga with Kassandra! Her videos are very suitable for beginners (like super inflexible me). There are also 30 day challenges so you dont have to crack your head picking a video!

To me Move With Nicole is also another really good option but only when i want to challenge myself a little more because it can get a little tough at times heh 🥲 but its an alternative i go to when i want a little change!

Pilates/HIIT:

I have been doing Emi’s videos for the longest time because of COVID and they are really really helpful!! she has a whole website of challenges available ranging from 2 weeks to 1 month! Each day’s workout is 2-3 videos long and about 40mins-ish! For the lazy girlies like me I would recommend just doing 1 video per day!!

But my recent obsession is Lily Sabri’s mat pilates videos!! These are super beginner friendly that give a slow burn and at the same time keep my tummy in shape!!

Pretty proud of myself for carving out 20 minutes a day to sweat and stretch it out!!! I find myself becoming a little toner (baby steps) and most importantly this has greatly helped my bloating issues!! i no longer bloat like crazy everyday anymore!! 😝
