Hye my darlings,
This baked Meatball Parm recipe features traditional meatballs smothered in a delicious tomato pasta sauce and topped with Mozzarella. A classic and simple dish that is beautiful yet delicious
Ingredients:
- 250g Beef
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp mushroom seasoning
- 1 egg
- Onion
- Tomato pasta sauce
- Mozarella cheese
Steps:
1- In a large bowl add the ground beef, garlic, paprika, egg, breadcrumbs, and season with mushroom seasoning. Mix everything together and form into 10 equal size meatballs.
2- In a medium pan,add olive oil and your meatball, and grill until meatball is nicely cooked.
3- Using a pan over medium heat, heat some oil, and add tge onion and minced garlic, saute until cooked.
4- Add tomato pasta sauce, and stir until well cooked.
5- Set the meatballs in the skillet, leaving a little space between the meatballs. Pour the tomato pasta sauce over the meatballs and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
6- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake at 375°F for 20-30 minutes or until sauce is hot and bubbly.
