Must-Try Eatery in Serangoon! 😍

chanced upon this place at Nex, Serangoon. definitely a place you should at least try once if you’re in the area and are looking for some affordable & tasty dons or soba!

🛒 we had the chicken katsu don with sous vide egg and the chicken curry katsu don with omelette! 🍳

the chicken was cut into several pieces so you could easily eat it. the chicken katsu itself was crispy and it was breaded perfectly. as for the curry, it was pretty thick and flavourful. the eggs were cooked pretty well and complements the dish!

on top of that, if you add on an iced genmaicha tea, it’s refillable (self-service). it’s not exactly the BEST don we’ve had but for its price and taste it really is quite a worth it place to visit especially if you want something located near you. it’s also still a decent bowl of don! another con would be that the place itself is pretty small and you’ll have to “fight” for your seats especially during peak hours cause it does get busy.
