Snatch the back of your upper arms with this tricep workout!!
I would grab a set of light to medium weights here, as we are working with higher reps for this workout.
The triceps is a large, thick muscle on the dorsal part of the upper arm. It often appears in the shape of a horseshoe on the posterior aspect of the arm. The primary function of the triceps is the extension of the elbow joint.
3-5 lbs of weight should do the trick!!
Exercise 1: tricep kickback
Exercise 2: tricep lift
Exercise 3: tricep extension
20 reps each exercise
Repeat the circuit 3x total
