What’s in my shopping cart👀 grocery edition! Here’s a look into what my grocery cart looked like today. I always aim to keep my cart full of fruits, veg, lower fat dairy, high protein dairy and meat options, and other miscellaneous items. This isn’t a FULL haul as we did have some staples at home already (I.e. rice, potatoes, oats, etc.) but this does showcase what a weekly grocery run can look like.
