Ingredients:

* cut the spaghetti squash in half

* remove the seeds and contents from the middle.

* season the squash with any salt of your choice. I used regular salt for this one.

* bake it in 375 degree oven for 35-60 minutes. it depends on how your oven’s temperature is like when it comes to the squash

* once it’s baked, go ahead and take a fork and begin to remove the inside and make your spaghetti.

* once you’ve done that, you’re going to layer in your sauce (mine has tomato sauce with plant-based ground beef and chopped rainbow bell peppers) and your spaghetti squash and vegan cheese, until the shell of the spaghetti squash is filled.

* Once it’s all filled up and topped with cheese, put the spaghetti squash back into the 375 degree oven and bake it for 20 or until the cheese is nice and golden brown.

* When done, ENJOY! 😊 🤤
