Ingredients:
* cut the spaghetti squash in half
* remove the seeds and contents from the middle.
* season the squash with any salt of your choice. I used regular salt for this one.
* bake it in 375 degree oven for 35-60 minutes. it depends on how your ovenβs temperature is like when it comes to the squash
* once itβs baked, go ahead and take a fork and begin to remove the inside and make your spaghetti.
* once youβve done that, youβre going to layer in your sauce (mine has tomato sauce with plant-based ground beef and chopped rainbow bell peppers) and your spaghetti squash and vegan cheese, until the shell of the spaghetti squash is filled.
* Once itβs all filled up and topped with cheese, put the spaghetti squash back into the 375 degree oven and bake it for 20 or until the cheese is nice and golden brown.
* When done, ENJOY! π π€€
