Turn unemployment into funployment 💭✌️

Shoutout to my fellow unemployed citizens! Trust the process because the right opportunity will come eventually 💓

Meanwhile, during unemployment, do things that make you feel good - be it studying, exercising, watching tv, working part time. Take this time to do something YOU want to do 🥰

Here’s how I turn my unemployment into funployment:

✨ Spend time with my loved ones

- Now that I have more time on hands, I make sure to spend time with my parents, partner and friends. When we’re schooling, we barely have time to hang out with our loved ones so take this time to just catch up.

- I go plant shopping with my dad, retail shopping with my mum and sis, hiking with my bestie and so on!

- Food hunting!

✨ Content creation

- I’ve grown my own social media platforms to do more than just entertainment! I create my own content for the fun of it, and also to monetize it.

- Tiktok Shop Creators, Klook Affiliates, Shopee Affiliates Program!

✨ User Generated Content

- I create UGC for businesses to use on their own platforms or ads! This is something I really enjoy even though it takes up a lot of time.

✨ Freelance Marketing Agency Work

- My fellow ex-intern and I have joined us to do something we enjoy! We work on project clients to do marketing work for them 💡

✨ Spend time with my doggo

- I get to spend a lot more time with my dog that I can’t live without. She seems to be a lot happier (and clingy too), and I also get to bathe her more frequently now.

✨ Learn new things

- I take up courses online on SEO, Illustrator etc!

- I also decided to learn Korean

In short, just do what you love and what you have always wanted to do! You have the time now, so instead of being stressed up about unemployment, make full use of it and turn it into an opportunity 💭
