the winter arc is THE challenge. instead of waiting until the new year to start grinding, working on ourselves & becoming our dream selves, we are doing it in the winter! by the first day of 2025, we will already be the best version we can possibly be. we will have our dream bodies, a strong and steady routine, and be in a grind flow like no one else!! we can start the year off so strong, sexy & confident.

start by writing down your goals, what you want to accomplish, who you want to become and write out some daily rules that will help you achieve it!
