hi loves!! as a girly who has lost 20 pounds & completely changed my body and mind, i realized how hard it is to develop a healthy & maintainable diet (especially while in a calorie deficit). here are my most frequent and all time favorite meals😊
1. avocado toast (my obsession)
i normally have avocado toast with tomatoes & red onions, with scrambled eggs on the side. but there are so many things you can do to spice it up! also that avocado is going to make your skin GLOW
2. smoothie bowls
so many variations that you can tweak to your taste & wants with food! i am obsessed w berry & spinach & vegan protein smoothie bases, tons of berries on top, granola & agave😊 it tastes SO AMAZING, the healthiest sweet treat possible
3. salmon, rice & veggies
absolutely so so so good for your health, packed with lean protein, and so satisfying. i have salmon or mahi mahi 2-4x a week for dinner!
4. lettuce wraps
these are the ultimate hack. insanely low calorie and insanely DELICIOUSSS. i always put chicken, avocado, tomato & onion in my wraps with a little bit of siracha and its heaven
