Introducing.. @Litely !! This is a fairly new app I have stumbled upon and have been using for around a month 😊 I really wanted to share it as it is AMAZING for beginners, while experienced intermittent fasters like myself can still utilize it like crazy!

The Basics:

- There is a free and pro version, but both are extremely helpful!!

- This app is aesthetically pleasing compared to many other fasting apps & really tracks everything

It tracks

- water intake

- exercise

- fasting

- the phases of your fasting cycle in real time

- weight & bmi tracker

- body measurements

My Favorite Features:

- I love being able to see where I am at in my fast, whether I am a few hours in and my blood sugar levels are stabalizing or if I have entered my bodies fat burning mode (this is when I like to workout! Fasted workouts are THE BEST for fat loss if that is your main goal💗)

- There is an AI coach, whom will ask you tons of questions to help develop a great meal plan and water intake level for you! You can ask her questions about anything and everything and she provides amazing and informative answers to help you on your journal

- There is a global chat room, where you can see how long your friends have been fasting for, you can post updates about meals you’re eating, how you’re feeling and your overall progress. It is such a cute and fun way to connect with others and share your experience

- Food guide!! This app always posts meal ideas for you, high in protein or low in carbs, whatever goal you have, they have great meals for it. I absolutely love this feature!! They not only post the recipe, but all of the macros in that meal from protein to vitamins and calories. First app I have ever known to do this and I ADORE IT!!

- You can also set up reminders for a variety of things. I have mine reminding me to drink water, which has helped me increase my intake tons and keep me consistent. You can also set reminders for when fasts are about to end, or when they need to start! I love the accountability

- You can see daily, weekly & monthly overviews for water, fasting durations & your weight! I love the visuals and it is such a great way to see your progress & commitment

Overall, really love love love this platform for anyone who is interested in intermittent fasting. It is beyond helpful and really custom made for each person and their goals. I have tried so many different apps and this one was so helpful I HAD to share with you all 💗
