I was really lazy with making dinner tonight 😅 but it was so scrummy!!!! I ate this a lot during my weight loss bc it’s super high protein and keeps me full for a long time. And it just so happens to be gluten free!

chickpea pasta
marinara sauce of choice
Cottage cheese
Zucchini
Real good chicken tenders
Parmesan cheese (if desired)
Instructions for sauce:
Blend 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of sauce. Add to warm pasta. DO NOT DIRECTLY HEAT IT UP. it will break!
